Email to Voice works:

To make a voice call from your email, First, Subscribe to “Email to Voice”. Then,

  1. Type something like +6155555555@tts.message-service.org in the “to” field. (tts can be substituted with sms, fax or voice. see advanced capabilities of Email to Voice.)
  2. The FROM email address must be the same as the one you specified in the subscription process or a special email address you provided us.
  3. Type in anything you want in the subject field. (Subject field  is used merely as a job name for reporting)
  4. Type your message in the email the same way you would type any email.
  5. And then just hit send.

The phone number you specified in the “TO” field will be dialed by our service and the message of your email is converted to a voice message.

The person you are sending the message to will receive the call on their phone. If they answer, they will hear the message right away. If they do not answer, the message will be left on their voice mail system.

Sending email is so much easier than calling a person. You do not have to wait for the call to be answered or wait for the greeting to play from their voice mail system.

You can also send an SMS message, or a FAX, or a recorded voice message. Your SMS message can even receive a reply back to your mobile phone. Check out advanced capabilities of Email to Voice.

Communication enabled IoT

Did we mention that you can send a voice, SMS or FAX from an email capability, like from an Internet of Things device (IoT / M2M) or through your CRM, Dispatch System or Patient Care system? Just add another contact email address using phonenumber@xxx.message-service.org and your done. You can now easily send multiple forms of communications.
