How is Email to Voice is priced.

Single Account

When you subscribe to the service, you automatically get a 28 day trial and the ability to send up to 55 messages.
  • Text to Speech (TTS) and SMS from your Email
  • 28 Day no cost Trial with 55 free messages
  • No credit card required for trial
  • After trial period, a signup fee of $4.95 AUD applied toward future usage
  • No monthly activity equals no monthly charges

To use the Email to Voice service beyond the trial limitations, you can subscribe with an online form provided to you when you started your trial. A $4.95 AUD signup fee will be due and will be used as a credit toward future usage. This fee is not charged again. There is no recurring monthly fee and no long term contract. Future charges beyond the initial setup fee will only occur if you use the service to send more than 55 messages.

Enterprise Account

Any IoT device or enterprise business application can be communication-enabled to programmitically send

  • 1-way or 2-way Voice messages (TTS or pre-recorded Voice)
  • 1-way or 2-way SMS,
  • FAX

We will assist in the development and implementation of enterprise communication solutions to save you time and costs.

If you do not send any messages in a month, then you will not be charged anything for that month.

Usage Pricing

Pricing is easy:

  • Voice (TTS): $0.09 AUD for the first minute to a Land Line and $0.18 AUD for the first minute to a Mobile Phone. You will be charged just for fractional minutes above the first minute. No charge at all if the call is not successful.
  • SMS: $0.09 AUD for each 140 character message. If you do a ‘two-way’ SMS, then $0.05 AUD for the 140 character reply. No charge at all if the message is not successfully sent.

Trial Period

When you first subscribe, you will get a 28 day trial of service. During the trial period, you will be able to send up to 55 messages.

  • If you know you want to continue the service after the trial or remove the trial limitations, subscribe as a customer with the online form provided during your trial; or contact us and we will resend you the signup form.
  • If you choose to not use the service after the trial period, there is no cost to you.

Billing

Your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis for any usage you had that previous month. Again, if you do not send any messages in a month, then you will not be charged.
